DESCRIPTION
The Jumeirah Gate is a mixed-use 77-storey twin tower development which accommodates a 183 key five star Address Hotel, 443 branded apartments operated by Address as well as 478 residential apartments. The development occupies a prime location on plot 3920573 at the end of JBR beach with a plot size of approximately 20,000m2 plus an additional area of 10,000m2 of leased land for landscaping. The project has an effective built up of approximately 255,000m2 which consists of ground floor, two podium levels which make up the main public areas as well as service areas and two twin towers with a total height of 310m.
